Divyanshu Verma, Engineering Manager, Dell India R&D Center

Divyanshu Verma presently works as Engineer Manager with Dell RnD Center Bangalore, where he is responsible for the development of Enterprise Linux Servers on Dell Hardware. Prior to that he has worked as senior Linux developer with Broadcom India Research and LSI Technologies.He has brought up Linux on SoC built on ARM architecture and has developed and owned Ethernet, NAND and NOR device drivers.
His current interest are around cloud computing, where he likes to develop strategies for success business models for the implementation of Open Cloud.
He is an alumnus of IIT -Delhi and hold a patent in memory design.
Divyanshu is currently pursuing Executive General Management program from IIM Bangalore.
Jyothi Bacche, Heads the open source and emerging technologies, MindTree

Jyothi Bacche heads the open source and emerging technologies practice at MindTree - a group that provides solutions solely on open source based software to their customers. She has 19 years of experience in the software industry and comes with a wide range of technology expertise. She has been involved in various open source based software solutions including design and architecture, evaluation, certification, troubleshooting, proof of concepts, building expertise etc. She is also the moderator for the Bangalore JBoss user group (BJBUG) which is a group of 100 users with common interest in JBoss and related technologies. Prior to joining MindTree, Jyothi had a long stint of 8+ years at Circuit city Richmond VA being part of core enterprise architects group to manage all the server side/corporate applications and have played a major role in the design and implementation of these large scale enterprise systems. Jyothi has worked as a consultant at Hewlett Packard ISO, Bangalore - India and started her software career as a product engineer at Integra Micro Systems Bangalore. She holds a Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering from the University of Mysore..
Madan Mohan M, Chief Architect, 3i Infotech

Madan Mohan M, Chief Architect, 3i Infotech has more than 15 years of Managerial and Technical experience in IT Services, Data Center Management, Software Development, Software Testing and Oracle Database administration. Earlier He had developed a team and managed the Practice and delivery of Data Center Management services and Remote infrastructure Monitoring.
Prior to that he had created a team for Oracle support and Software Load Testing. Joined 3i Infotech in May 2004 as an Oracle DBA for supporting its products ORION and PREMIA, he was instrumental in migrating the PREMIA product to flavors of Unix which got it certified with RedHat as well. He had contributed immensely for tuning the performance of PREMIA during development and on various deployments including that of Oriental Insurance Corporation of India.
Prior to this he was Oracle database & System Administrator for Stock Holding Corporation of India (SHCIL) the largest domestic Custodian in India. He was part of a team responsible for evaluating and implementing Oracle RAC on IBM AIX in 2000. During the tenure with SHCIL he had been in support and software development for Post Trading, Custodial, Depository and Corporate Accounts using Oracle forms, reports, Pro*C and PL/SQL.

Srivathsa NS is a Software Engineer Sr. Manager at Dell India R&D Centre, in the Server Software Engineering Group. During the past 16 years in IT, a significant portion of his experience has been in the area of development environments for parallel computing, especially distributed debuggers and Linux/OS Sustaining. His interests include the business and economics of Linux & Open Source. His educational background consists of a Masters in Computer Applications degree from Bharathidasan University, and a M.S in Software Systems from BITS, Pilani.
Sreekandh Balakrishnan, Independent Consultant

Sreekandh has been in the space of Free/Open Softwares for the last 10 years. In his day to day life he plays various hats as "Open Source Advisor", "Cloud Architect", "Technical Architect", "Technology Enabler", "Belief Officer", "Buidling Custom Linux Distribution", "Agile Coach", "Cyclist", "Photographer", etc … In the past he has worked at various layers of Linux or rather with many *nix flavors including BSDes. His specialization is around building "Linux Appliance". He has also contributed to couple of Open Source Projects and still keeps an active eye on contributing in terms of "Documentation", "HowTos", "Mentoring new people" in the Free/Open Source world. His favorite distribution till date is Gentoo and Ubuntu. While he is contributing to the any open source project he is available as "gnuyoga" in respective irc channels.
